I've got training at work tomorrow. On the plus side, my "team" (yes, that sort of training) doesn't have to be in til half ten. However, we have to do individual "fish ID" tests, and I'm rubbish at UK fish. They're all the same colour**! Tropical fish - no problem. But flatfish in particular are a pain - like, Dab have a sort of D-shaped marking around their gill. So the rule is "D for Dab", which is great - except that "D" becomes... subjective. And everything becomes a Dab...


**Except mackerel, which are stripy and rainbow-coloured. Also a good source of Omega-3.
